“I worked closely with Chloé at WorkJam, where I was Web Team Lead. Our biggest project together was the redesign of the web navigation: Chloé restructured the information architecture to support a growing product, and worked with my team through every stage of the build. She was the designer engineers wanted to work with, caring as much about how a component would be built as how it looked. Together we closed the gap between her Figma library and our Storybook, which let us ship a large set of web components with far fewer back-and-forths. A good example is the Location hierarchy picker for Tasks, which lets managers target both stores and regions: she designed it as a reusable component from day one, with other modules in mind. She’s rigorous, pragmatic about technical constraints, and a real partner to engineering.“
